We basically met Nichole by inquiring on a listing we were interested in viewing.Nichole after realizing our interests, guided us to a new build community. This meant a delay in Nichole getting paid for her time. Along the ENTIRE process Nichole has been helpful and accommodating. The final closing process and issues after closing with the builder, Nichole has been a liaison to support us to get some big issues resolved by the builder. Nichole has never come across in a way that is selfish or self-serving. It has been a bright light in an otherwise unfortunate process with the builder.Still grateful we had an agent that was so customer focused in this process.

Nicole reached out to me Initially And was very patient When I explained that my timeframe was almost a year off. She kept in contact with me on a regular basis and when I showed interest in a property she guided me. All this time knowing that I had 6 months to a year before I could purchase.Once I showed interest in this property she was on it… she got the mortgage process going and she got a showing almost immediately.Everything was fine, I closed, and then things happened...I Had my washer and dryer installed before I moved in And that was when I discovered that my draining system was not working. Nicole connected me with a plumber who eventually got the plumbing Issues resolved. She also dealt with the seller's agent regarding the plumbing and was my Middle man.
